Order Changes
We offer refund / exchange within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase. A return shipping label will be provided, and the product must be returned within 3 days of raising the request. We will replace / deliver the product within 15 business days once the returned product has been received and inspected.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return or exchange: (i) the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, (ii) the item must be in its original packaging, and (iii) items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange. Further, items will only be replaced if they are found to be defective or damaged upon inspection.
You agree that certain categories of products may be exempt from returns or refunds. Such categories will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.
For accepted return / exchange requests, once your returned item is received and inspected by us, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your request. If approved after quality inspection, your return / exchange will be processed in accordance with our policies.
In case of approved refunds, the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. If the returned product does not pass the inspection, the return / refund request may be rejected and the product may be shipped back to you.
